Karl Diffenderfer

Karl is the Marketing Director and Founder of Shire Interactive. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kaplan Institute with a degree in Digital Arts in 2003 and a GPA of 4.0. He is a member of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Mount Joy Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the board of the Historic Preservation Trust, and is the Chair of Branding for the Pennsylvania Association of Non-Profit Organizations (PANO). Karl also enjoys sharing his knowledge to other business owners and is happy to train at Lancaster SCORE meetings.

Karl has 16 years of classical/jazz piano education which he is currently utilizing by serving on the worship team for LCBC Harrisburg campus. He is married to Jill, and has 4 children, 2 sons and 2 daughters. Karl enjoys all sports, and would love to experience the thrill of skydiving. He is always looking for new exciting things to be a part of, the latest activity being playing “Broomball”. He resides in Mount Joy, PA.
